You will be picked up by our driver at a designated point and will be driven to Oodi, where you will see Batswana women making an assortment of woven crafts. After which, you will proceed to Mochudi village via Pilane for a tour of the leatherworks to see products created using a unique Setswana touch.
A short descent into Mochudi village where you will be treated to a short tour of the Bakgatla Kgotla – which is the traditional gathering place for the local people. Further, on our way, we stop at Phuthadikobo Hill to see many interesting artifacts, as well as a fascinating collection of old photographs of Botswana and also learn more about the Bakgatha tribal history.
A picnic lunch enjoyed in a suitable spot will mark mid-day. Lunch is followed by a short drive to Rasesa – where you shall hear fascinating local tales about Maitsieng; a giant footprint that is embedded on the sedimentary rocks. After the visit to Mastieng Foot Prints, we return to Gaborone where you will be transferred back to your hotel. Package includes: Beverages, water, juice.
